We are a Directly Authorised, Nationwide, Whole of Market Mortgage & Protection firm based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, trading since 2012. We pride ourselves on offering market-leading technology, support, and lead generation systems for ambitious professionals.

Due to continued growth and high volumes of enquiries, we are expanding our internal team.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking confident and motivated Mortgage Appointment Bookers who:

  • Are comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls

  • Can build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone

  • Are target-driven and thrive in a performance-based environment

  • Want to work within a fast-paced, supportive mortgage firm

  • Are looking for long-term progression within financial services

Current experience in this role is essential. Full training is provided.

Location

  • Nationwide - Work remotely from anywhere in the UK. All calls and appointments are conducted via phone and CRM systems.

The role

  • Contact warm mortgage enquiries generated daily

  • Qualify clients based on criteria and affordability indicators

  • Book appointments directly into advisers’ diaries

  • Update Echo CRM with accurate notes and outcomes

  • Follow up outstanding enquiries and nurture potential clients

  • Help maintain consistent adviser appointment pipelines

Renumeration:

Requirements

  • Previous phone-based Mortgage Appointment Booking experience essential

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Ability to manage daily call targets

  • Comfortable working remotely

  • Self-motivated and disciplined
