Paul White

Senior Mortgage & Protection Adviser, Echo Finance

Paul White graduated from King’s College London with a 2:1 in French and German in 1986. After a brief spell in Retail, he began his career in Financial Services. Based in London, he gained a promotion shortly after his training, before joining his Branch Manager at a new financial company.

The natural career progression is to become an Independent Financial Advisor, which he duly follows. Against the background of increasing specialisation in the industry, Paul chooses to concentrate on mortgages and protection.

Paul has accumulated a large number of clients, who return to him time and again to benefit from his extensive expertise. They even entrust the next generation’s finances to his care. Having seen many peaks and troughs in the market, his advice to clients is always to keep to the original plan and not to be distracted by any crises along the way.

Numerous media appearances concerning finance ensued, including four televised interviews on CNBC, two on Berkshire Radio and a further phone-in session hosted by  broadcaster Trevor Nelson MBE.

After moving to Norfolk in 2023, Paul continues to offer a quality service to his clients, matching their needs to the most suitable products available. In clear language, he aims to guide his clients through all available options, speedily implement what has been agreed and continue his accomplished customer service at key points in his clients’ lives.

Paul’s hobbies include Amateur Dramatics, cycling, literature and playing the classical and electric guitar (using headphones!).

THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF CONSOLIDATING EXISTING BORROWING YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT YOU MAY BE EXTENDING THE TERMS OF THE DEBT AND INCREASING THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU REPAY.
