Due to expansion we are seeking to appoint experienced administrators to work from our office in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.

We own one of the largest online lead generation businesses in the UK and as such we generate over 200 mortgage leads per day that require servicing. In short, we are extremely busy and we require experienced mortgage administrators to work hard and be remunerated accordingly.

What do we pay?

  • Basic salary = Up to £21,000 depending on experience

What do I need?

  • A current knowledge and practical experience of the intermediary mortgage market either as an adviser who has done their own admin or as a mortgage administrator
  • Worked with a whole of market panel of lenders
  • Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Be resilient and have the ability to reassure customers
  • Have excellent communication skills when dealing with both lenders, insurance providers, solicitors, estate agents and customers.
  • Have a knowledge of financial documentation for both mortgages and protection
  • Be able to demonstrate an awareness of the regulatory requirements
  • Have an attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
